Los señalados de siempre. Migración y criminalidad en Argentina. Aspectos relevantes en relación a la situación argentina (Años 2015-2020)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se propone indagar sobre aspectos vinculados a la asociación entre migración y criminalidad en Argentina entre los años 2015 y 2020, tratando de hallar cuales son las conexiones más profundas entre ambos fenómenos que constituyen cuestiones centrales en la sociedad argentina y en su configuración cultural y política. La migración en Argentina, al igual que en múltiples países del mundo, es una problemática compleja con numerosas aristas y factores intervinientes. No se trata, entonces, de un fenómeno provocado por un solo factor ni una sola causa, motivo por el cual se buscará a lo largo del trabajo analizar los diferentes factores que intervienen en dichos procesos. Los objetivos planteados en esta investigación son identificar la existencia de factores intervinientes en la relación entre migración y criminalidad registrada en Argentina, analizar las normas que regulan la migración en Argentina y determinar si las normas para regular la migración en Argentina dan cuenta de la existencia de una relación entre la migración y la criminalidad. Para ello, se utilizará una metodología de tipo cuantitativa, con el fin de abordar las diferentes aristas existentes sobre la criminología en Argentina entre los años 2015 y 2020.

This research work aims to establish the relationship between migration and crime in Argentina between 2015 and 2020, trying to find the deepest connections between both phenomena that constitute central issues in Argentine society and in its cultural and political configuration. Migration in Argentina, as in many countries around the world, is a complex problem with numerous edges and intervening factors. It is not, then, a phenomenon caused by a single factor or a single cause, which is why throughout the work we will seek to analyze the different factors involved in these processes. The objectives set out in this research are to identify the existence of intervening factors in the relationship between migration and crime in Argentina, to analyze the rules that regulate migration in Argentina and to determine if the rules to regulate migration in Argentina account for the existence of a relationship between migration and crime. For this, a quantitative methodology will be used, in order to address the different existing edges on the relationship between migration and criminology in Argentina between the years 2015 and 2020.
