Abstract

Las fallas de un sistema judicial que no siempre protege a los los inocentes. A veces, no existe la presunción de inocencia, las condiciones de detención son inhumanas y las personas no tienen herramientas para salir de esa situación frente al peso del sistema penal.

The failings of a judicial system that doesn't always protect the innocent. Sometimes, the presumption of innocence doesn't exist, detention conditions are inhumane, and people lack the means to escape their situation when faced with the weight of the criminal justice system.
