El 19 de enero de 2021 falleció Miguel Teubal, economista agrario e investigador superior del Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (Conicet). Tuvo una extensa y diversa trayectoria, durante la cual logró la difícil tarea de combinar una investigación académica a contrapelo del sentido común liberal con un fuerte compromiso por las mejores luchas sociales. Su vida está marcada profundamente por esas dos dimensiones de pensamiento y acción. Miguel Teubal, an agricultural economist and senior researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (Conicet), passed away on January 19, 2021. He had a long and diverse career, during which he accomplished the difficult task of combining academic research that ran counter to liberal common sense with a strong commitment to the best social struggles. His life is deeply marked by these two dimensions of thought and action.
